PR1M3 Performance (“PR1M3,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our athletes, parents and guardians, coaches, and other users.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when someone uses the PR1M3 Performance mobile app, website, coaching services, and related member features.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how someone uses PR1M3, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, and account information

• Athlete profile information such as date of birth, school, graduation year, sport, events, personal records, performance goals, and training information

• Parent or guardian contact information

• Training history, workout completion, attendance, session information, progress reports, performance results, and coaching feedback

• Videos, photos, and files uploaded for coaching, breakdowns, training, or recruiting

• Messages exchanged through the PR1M3 platform

• Collegiate recruiting information voluntarily provided by the athlete or parent/guardian, including academics, athletic performances, target schools, recruiting videos, college-contact history, and related information

• Membership and purchase information needed to confirm access to PR1M3 services

• Limited device and technical information used to operate and improve the app

How We Use Information

PR1M3 may use this information to:

• Create and manage accounts

• Deliver coaching and training services

• Assign workouts and programs

• Track athlete development

• Provide video breakdowns and feedback

• Communicate with athletes and parents

• Manage memberships and session packages

• Provide schedules and progress reports

• Operate collegiate recruiting tools

• Verify access to paid services

• Provide recovery and performance-health education

• Operate collegiate recruiting tools

• Provide recovery and performance-health education

• Send relevant notifications

• Provide customer and technical support

• Protect the security of PR1M3 accounts and services

Athletes Under 18

PR1M3 works with youth and high-school athletes. Parents and guardians may create or manage accounts for minor athletes and may be linked to their athlete’s PR1M3 profile.

Children under 13 should not independently create a PR1M3 account without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

PR1M3 does not intentionally make a minor athlete’s private information publicly available.

Sharing of Information

PR1M3 does not sell users’ personal information.

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with authorized PR1M3 coaches and staff, authorized parents or guardians, and service providers used to operate the app, website, payments, authentication, storage, notifications, and related services.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, PR1M3, or the security of the platform.

Athlete Videos and Content

Athletes retain ownership of videos, photos, and other materials they submit, subject to any separate agreement or media release.

Uploading content for coaching, training, breakdown, or recruiting purposes does not automatically give PR1M3 permission to publicly use that content for marketing.

Any public promotional use may be governed by a separate media release or consent agreement.

Collegiate Recruiting

Recruiting information is private by default unless an athlete or authorized parent/guardian chooses to share it.

PR1M3 does not automatically send an athlete’s private recruiting information to colleges or make recruiting profiles publicly searchable.

PR1M3 recruiting services do not guarantee college recruitment, admission, scholarship offers, roster placement, or contact from a college program.

Performance Health

PR1M3 may provide educational information relating to mobility, recovery, training load, sleep, injury-risk reduction, and athlete health.

This information is educational and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition and does not replace evaluation or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Payments and Memberships

PR1M3 may receive membership or purchase information from Squarespace, Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers in order to determine what services a user is entitled to access.

PR1M3 does not need to store full payment-card information inside the PR1M3 mobile application.

Data Security

PR1M3 uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect user information. However, no

internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

PR1M3 may retain account, training, performance, communication, recruiting, and business records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

If a membership expires or is canceled, PR1M3 may preserve an athlete’s profile and history so that it can be restored if the athlete returns.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their PR1M3 account and associated personal information.

Requests can be submitted through PR1M3Performance.com/support or by emailing coach@pr1m3performance.com.

Please include the name and email associated with the account and the athlete’s name, if applicable.

PR1M3 may verify the requester’s identity before processing a deletion request. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your Choices

Users may request to:

• Review or correct account information

• Update athlete information

• Manage notification permissions

• Request account deletion

• Ask questions about information stored by PR1M3

• Control what recruiting information they choose to share

Third-Party Services

PR1M3 may use third-party services including Squarespace, Apple, Google, hosting providers, authentication providers, storage providers, and other technology services necessary to operate the platform.

Those providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

PR1M3 may update this Privacy Policy as the app and services develop. The effective date will be updated when appropriate.
