about thomas johnson
PR1M3 Performance was founded by Thomas Johnson with one mission: to develop disciplined, explosive, and confident athletes through elite-level speed, power, and movement training.
Thomas is a former multi-event athlete with extensive experience in sprinting and jumping disciplines, having competed and won across high school and collegiate levels. His background in the 100m, 200m, 400m, long jump, triple jump, and high jump gives him a rare, comprehensive understanding of speed development and event transfer.
What separates Thomas as a coach is not just what he’s accomplished as an athlete—but his obsession with technical precision, long-term development, and athlete confidence. Every athlete is coached with intention, structure, and accountability. Training is never random. Progress is never assumed. It is measured, explained, and reinforced.
Thomas has worked with youth, high school, collegiate, and elite-level athletes, including direct collaboration and consultation with professional and Olympic-caliber competitors. His coaching philosophy blends proven biomechanics, modern performance science, and real-world competitive experience. PR1M3 is not designed for everyone. It is built for athletes and families who value structure, communication, and excellence. Thomas takes pride in building not just faster athletes—but prepared competitors who understand their craft and carry confidence into every training session and competition.
