Consent & Authorization

I, the undersigned, hereby grant PR1M3 Performance and its representatives permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my/my child’s likeness, name, voice, and athletic performance during training sessions, competitions, or related activities.

I understand and agree that these images, videos, and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
        •       PR1M3 Performance website
        •       Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
        •       Digital or printed marketing materials
        •       Progress updates, performance breakdowns, and testimonials

I acknowledge that:
        •       No compensation is required or expected for the use of this content
        •       PR1M3 Performance owns the rights to the media once captured
        •       Content may be edited for clarity, branding, or promotional purposes
        •       Consent may be revoked in writing for future use only (past published content is not required to be removed)

This authorization is voluntary and made with full understanding.
